RIYADH: The Saudi Foreign Ministry welcomed the adoption by the Security Council of Resolution No. 2817, submitted by the Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Jordan, which condemns in the strongest terms the heinous attacks launched by Iran on Gulf states and Jordan, and determines that these acts constitute a violation of international law and a serious threat to international peace and security.
