Arab League secretary-general condemns Iranian escalation against civilian targets, vital facilities
DUBAI: Ahmed Aboul Gheit, secretary-general of the Arab League, has reiterated his condemnation of Iran’s ‘dangerous’ escalation of attacks against civilian targets and vital facilities in the Gulf region. “This reckless and unjustified escalation represents a grave miscalculation that Iran must immediately reconsider,” Aboul Gheit posted on his social media account on Sunday. Iran launched retaliatory strikes against Gulf countries US and Israeli forces started a massive air campaign against Iran on February 28.
