JERUSALEM: Israel’s military began a new wave of air strikes on the Iranian cities of Tehran and Isfahan, it said Saturday, as the US-Israeli attack against the Islamic republic entered its second week. “The IDF has begun a broad wave of strikes toward infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and Isfahan,” a military statement said. The military said earlier Saturday that 80 fighter jets had completed another wave of strikes on Tehran and central Iran. The Israeli military said early Saturday that it had launched a “broad-scale wave of strikes” on government targets in Tehran.
