President Donald Trump approved an emergency declaration for Washington, D.C., that will mobilize FEMA to assist in the clean-up of millions of gallons of sewage in the Potomac River.

A sewage pipe collapse just outside of Washington, D.C. that spilled 200 million gallons of wastewater into the Potomac River has caught Trump's attention.

President Trump is concerned a raw sewage spill in the Potomac River could muck up plans for the country's 250th birthday this summer.
