At least 53 people, including two babies, are dead or missing after a migrant boat capsized off Libya, U.N. reports.
The IOM says that almost 500 people have been reported dead or missing off Libya so far this year.
A rubber boat capsized in the Mediterranean Sea last week after taking on water, leaving 53 people migrating to Europe from North Africa presumed dead.
