The United States on Friday took custody of a suspect in the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said Zubayar al-Bakoush has been extradited to the United States and will face murder, arson and terrorism related charges.

Zubayar al-Bakoush facing charges related to killing of US ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other US citizens.
