Attorneys for Brian Cole Jr., the man accused of building and laying pipe bombs in Washington, D.C., are arguing for his pre-trial release.

The man who allegedly placed pipe bombs outside of political party headquarters on Jan. 5, 2021, said he didn't like either political party.

The man accused of planting the two bombs said "something just snapped", according to prosecutors.
