Since 2023, French authorities have launched nine investigations into activities such as the posting of propaganda posters, all linked to the war in Ukraine and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The most recent case saw three people charged, including the founder of the pro-Russian advocacy group SOS Donbass.
