Anchor Jessica Dean began to detail the proposal, describing how CNN was told the plan could include a temporary extension of the enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies. As she began an interview with professor Zack Cooper, Ms Dean received breaking news that the Trump administration was to postpone the plan.
