RIYADH: Saudi Arabia on Saturday welcomed the signing of the Doha Framework Agreement for Peace between the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Congo River Alliance (M23 Movement). In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Kingdom looked forward to both parties honoring the terms of the agreement, which aims to resolve differences and conflicts through comprehensive national dialogue. The agreement is seen as a step toward meeting the aspirations of the Congolese people for security, stability, and prosperity across all regions of the country.
