Texas sues Tylenol maker over unproven claim the pain medicine causes autism.

Texas AG Ken Paxton claims the makers of Tylenol failed to warn consumers about the risks of taking the drug while pregnant.

“Fight like hell not to take it,” Trump said about the drug, despite lacking definitive scientific evidence.

He accuses them of hiding alleged dangers from the drug, following the Trump administration's unproven claim it is linked to autism.

Kenvue has repeatedly defended Tylenol’s safety, and in a statement said it would defend against Paxton’s lawsuit.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the makers of Tylenol, alleging the medication can cause autism despite experts saying there's no clear link.
