A Jan. 6 rioter pardoned by U.S. President Donald Trump was again arrested following an alleged threat to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

Christopher Moynihan, who had been sentenced to 21 months for the riot, allegedly said Hakeem Jeffries "must be eliminated".

Christopher Moynihan, of Clinton, is charged with making a terroristic threat against Hakeem Jeffries, the House Minority Leader.

Police said Christopher Moynihan allegedly called the Democratic leader a "terrorist" and said he "must be eliminated."
