Debris was scattered over at least a half-mile area, and people more than 15 miles away felt the explosion, Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis said.

Officials said a person previously believed to be missing in the Tennessee explosives plant blast had been located, but 18 were still unaccounted for.

It's not immediately known how many people work at the plant or how many were there when the explosion happened.
