Palestinian man fatally shot by Israeli forces’ gunfire in Jenin

LONDON: Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man on Wednesday in the village of Anza, south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, according to the Wafa news agency. Ahmed Jihad Barahmeh, 19, was struck by a bullet in the back and rushed to the hospital in Jenin in critical condition before dying from his injuries. Israeli troops conducted a raid in the village around 7:30 in the morning, while students were on their way to school.
