A man is in custody after a "targeted attack" in a so-called "act of terror" after he ran his car into the front of the FBI field office in Pittsburgh.

The suspect, identified as Donald Henson of nearby Penn Hills, was taken into custody after 10 a.m., more than seven hours after the incident, officials said.
