Jeffrey Epstein’s accusers went to the Capitol to ask Congress to get behind their calls for more disclosures, but momentum for a bill demanding it appeared to stall.

Lawmakers are continuing their inquiry into Mr. Epstein, the disgraced financier, despite the Trump administration’s efforts to quell public demand for information.

The move came as Republican leaders pressed colleagues not to force a vote on disclosing all the material. Most of what was released Tuesday was not new.
