Hostage father fears for son as Gaza takeover looms: 'Catastrophe if talks fail'
At the beginning of August, Hamas released a video of Evyatar David, who was taken hostage from the Nova festival near the Gaza border on October 7, 2023, along with his good friend Guy Gilboa-Dalal. Guy's father, Ilan, is convinced that there is also video footage of his own son, and he fervently hopes that the two of them are still being held hostage together.
