Officials say a 28-year-old Arkansas man has been arrested in the killings of a married couple in front of their children at Devil’s Den State Park over the weekend.

James Andrew McGann, 28, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. local time on July 30 at a business in Springdale, Arkansas, state police said.
