China on Saturday released a global action plan for artificial intelligence that called for international cooperation on tech development and regulation.
The plan focuses on beating China and accelerating the tech's advancement in the U.S.
The plan is said to put pressure on China and build new data centers in the US.
Proposal comes days after US declares AI policy framework and Trump says tech race with China will define the 21st century.
