Legal status in the United States can be lawfully revoked for more than a combined 530,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Friday.

The administration wants to cut short a program that provided a haven from economic, security, political and health crises in their home countries.

The court has also allowed the administration to revoke temporary legal status from about 350,000 Venezuelan migrants in another case.
