Donald Trump appealed on social media for a judge to “leave my children alone” ahead of testimony from his three eldest offspring central to the case against Trump and his company for allegedly fraudulently inflating asset valuations.
Don Jr, 45, the first of the former American president’s children due on the stand, will be followed tomorrow by Eric, 39. Both assumed senior roles at the Trump Organisation when their father became president and are included in the case.
Ivanka, 42, who has left the company and is not facing any accusations, is due as the final witness next Wednesday, after Trump himself on Monday.
