Declan Rice believes Arsenal should target winning the Premier League and Champions League this season and insists that he will not be weighed down by his £105 million transfer fee.

The 24-year-old midfielder, who completed his move from West Ham United last week, has set his sights high at an Arsenal side that just fell short in their bid to win the Premier League last season and end a 19-year title drought.

“I think it’s time now,” Rice said. “You know Arsenal under Mikel [Arteta] have won Community Shields [one], FA Cups [one], but I think now, this is a massive club. It’s the constant pressure of delivering titles and it’s been such a long time now since Arsenal won the Premier League.
