I submitted a cash offer for a flat that’s slightly below the asking price. However, I haven’t received any response from the vendor or even a request to increase the offer or show proof of funds. Now I’m unsure whether to move on, presuming he’s not a serious seller, or whether to try to contact the vendor directly out of concern that the agent hasn’t forwarded my offer.
