hatever happens next, Henry Searle has to enjoy this. When I won the girls’ Wimbledon title in 1984, my focus was on the seniors and so I was relaxed about the juniors, but it has become one of my proudest accomplishments. Every time I visit the All England Club and I take guests around to show them the senior trophies, the juniors are right next to them. Henry will be in that cabinet for ever.
