An SNP MP has fallen victim to “institutional bullying”, one of his party colleagues has claimed, despite the majority of nationalist colleagues failing to help stop a parliamentary investigation into his conduct.
John Nicolson will be investigated by the privileges committee over claims he deliberately undermined the impartiality and integrity of the Commons Speaker.
