Netflix releases poster for 'The School for Good and Evil' series

June 7 (UPI) -- Netflix shared a poster for its highly anticipated film The School for Good and Evil during Geeked Week.

The film is an adaptation of the Soma Chainani fantasy young adult novel, which is the first in a series of six books.

It follows best friends Sophie (Sophia Anne Caruso) and Agatha (Sofia Wylie), who attend the School for Good and Evil, a place for young fairy tale heroes and villains. The pair learn they will be placed in opposing schools -- Sophie is placed in the School for Evil, while Agatha is put into the School for Good.

The poster gives a look at the two schools and says, "There are two sides to every story."
