US President Donald Trump has called concerns that artificial intelligence is progressing too quickly a "SICK conspiracy."
Trump's statement followed calls by tech leaders such as Anthropic's Dario Amodei and OpenAI's Sam Altman for more governmental regulation of AI. In recent months, several incidents have highlighted the risk that AI agents could go rogue.
