Senate Democrats, led by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), are reportedly preparing to discuss the CLARITY Act ahead of its procedural vote, according to a report published on Sunday.

CLARITY Act Breakthrough?

The meeting was scheduled for Sunday evening, with the vote set for Tuesday afternoon, Politico reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The Democratic Party didn’t immediately return Benzinga’s request for comment.

Caucus meetings typically precede major floor votes, but the result of Tuesday’s vote is still up in the air.
