HOUSTON — Josh Allen connected with Joshua Palmer for the go-ahead 34-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter as the Buffalo Bills ended their woes in Houston with a 36-31 win over the Texans.It’s Allen’s first career win as a starter against the Texans in Houston (he was previously 0-4).
