Six practical solutions developed by Daffodil AI have been selected among the “Top 50 Innovations” at the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026, organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology.The six innovations are Dual-Mode FR Vehicle, HOMEPITAL NEXUS, PikoBot, Pav Analytics, IoT Smart Automation, and The Arbor Voice for Mothers.The projects demonstrate the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to challenges in emergency response, healthcare, maternal health, road infrastructure, robotics and automation.Prime Minister Tarique Rahman inaugurated the three-day fair at the Novotheatre on Bijoy Sarani Avenue in Dhaka on Saturday. He emphasised the need to implement local innovations, transform them into commercial products and connect them with markets, according to a press release.The prime minister also visited the Daffodil AI stall, where Md Sabur Khan, chairman of Daffodil Group and founder of Daffodil International University, presented several AI-based solutions developed by the group.Sabur demonstrated how the initiatives are being used to address practical challenges in education, healthcare, human resources, infrastructure and institutional management.“Young people must come forward to address the real problems of the country through technology and innovation. The participation of Daffodil AI in the Bangladesh Innovation Fair and the recognition of our innovative projects are important achievements for our research and innovation initiatives,” he said.Alongside the six selected innovations, Daffodil AI is showcasing AI applications in education and institutional management, including AI Professor, Student360, Alumni360, Perfect HR, LeadershipOS and RegistrarOS.The exhibition also features robotics, IoT, computer vision, automation and integrated software-hardware systems. According to Daffodil AI, around 40 to 50 additional projects involving AI, robotics, automation and other emerging technologies are currently under development.Daffodil AI works with various organisations of Daffodil Group and the research and innovation initiatives of Daffodil International University to turn innovative ideas into practical technology solutions.The fair provides students, researchers, entrepreneurs and industry professionals with an opportunity to explore the technologies and innovations showcased by Daffodil AI.
