A meeting between Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the G20 summit in Miami is impossible, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov, who is accompanying Putin at the BRICS summit in India, said this in a comment to AFP, according to Ukrinform.
Asked by a journalist to comment on the possibility of such a meeting, Peskov replied: "It is impossible."
According to him, Putin is ready to meet with Zelensky only in Moscow.
"There is a readiness to meet him in Moscow," AFP quoted the Kremlin spokesman as saying.
