The Houston Texans are counting down the hours on the clock before they officially take the field for their Week 1 matchup at home against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon.It's a fiery start to the season for the Texans. He's the engine that makes this passing attack really propel forward, and if he remains healthy this year, he is bound to secure another 1,000-yard season in 2026.With that in mind, how Collins takes on his matchup against Bills' No. 1 corner, Christian Benford, will be a key storyline en route to a potential Houston victory.Last time Collins was up against the Bills, he ended with a relatively quiet outing: three catches for 55 yards, which tied his season-low for receptions across the entire season in which he had over 70 total receptions.Having a better performance this time around could provide a welcomed lift for this offensive unit to start the season, especially considering the questions this receiver room is already facing amid Jayden Higgins' season-ending ACL injury.RG Ed Ingram vs. DT Ed OliverJul 31, 2026; Houston, TX, USA; Houston Texans guard Ed Ingram (69) during training camp at Houston Methodist Training Center. It's also a group that's seen multiple changes across the past few months. He's now one of three players upfront to enter this season who ended last year as a starter.But the Texans’ interior offensive line will also be vital for the progression of this run game, now led by former Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery.
