Nigeria has condemned the killings of two of its nationals in South Africa, demanding thorough, transparent and expeditious investigations into the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
The Federal Government made the demand in a statement issued by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oluwafemi Adeniyi and seen by SaharaReporters on Saturday.

According to the ministry, Fakunle was murdered at his residence in Kensington, Johannesburg, on Friday, September 4, 2026, while Nwankwo was killed on September 5 in Sommerset, Cape Town.
