After an injury that resulted in Boston College linebacker Bodie Kahoun being taken off the field in an ambulance Friday night in the Eagles’ game against Rutgers, the school announced that the redshirt sophomore can move his arms and legs and was receiving care at a hospital.“Bodie Kahoun has movement in all extremities and is being taken to a local hospital for further evaluation,” the team posted on X.The injury occurred with just under eight minutes remaining in the second quarter, when Kahoun combined with a teammate to tackle Rutgers running back Antwan Raymond near midfield. A group converged, and as another Boston College player jumped to join the tackle, his knee collided with Kahoun’s upper body and appeared to strike the back of Kahoun’s helmet as the group came to the ground.Kahoun, a transfer from Notre Dame, remained on his back after the play as team staff and emergency medical technicians moved him onto a stretcher and put him into the back of an ambulance that had driven onto the field. As he was wheeled into the vehicle, Kahoun raised his left arm and flashed a thumbs-up.
