A survey conducted by the Rating Group in August has shown that more than 30% of Ukrainian refugees in Poland have experienced discrimination over the past 12 months because of their nationality or ethnicity.

Details: The survey found that over the past 12 months, 31% of Ukrainian refugees surveyed had been discriminated against because of their nationality or ethnic origin, while 22% had experienced prejudice for speaking Ukrainian.
Six per cent reported negative treatment for speaking Russian, 5% because of their age, and 3% because of their gender. However, almost half of the respondents (49%) said they had not been discriminated against on any of the grounds listed in the survey.
