At 13, Neha Blunt is using code, creativity and community action to tackle one of the world’s most urgent environmental challenges.

The New Jersey student created Water Saver, a web application that turns everyday conservation into an interactive challenge, helping households track their water use and make practical changes.

Her wider campaign has educated more than 1 million people worldwide, encouraged over 100,000 residents to change daily habits and contributed to an estimated 20 million gallons of water savings.

As reported by Action for Nature and South Jersey Media, Neha’s project began with a simple belief that every drop counts, then grew into an international youth-led campaign combining software development, public education and grassroots organising.
