The statement comes after the Morocco Football Federation president made the claim that the final would be held at the Grand Stade Hassan II in Casablanca, even though the stadium is still under construction.‌Speaking at a political rally on Thursday, Moroccan federation president Fouzi Lakjaa told those in attendance that his nation had been successful in securing the final. He said: "The city of Benslimane will host the World Cup final.
