Sangha Renewables' 110.4 MW Texas Data Center Campus Receives Conditional Base Load Classification in ERCOT Batch Zero Process

Sangha Renewables today announced that ERCOT has classified its 110.4 MW Texas data center campus as Base Load in the Batch Zero interconnection process, marking a significant milestone in the project's advancement toward large-scale data center development. Consistent with other projects receiving Base Load designation through the Batch Zero process, Sangha's classification remains conditional pending completion of ERCOT's ongoing audit and verification procedures, which the company expects to navigate expeditiously.

The project currently benefits from approximately 19.9 MW of available power with rights to expand to 110.4 MW through an additional 90.5 MW power allocation expected in May 2028. The campus is being advanced as a large-scale data center development opportunity positioned to serve AI, cloud, inference, and high-performance computing demand.

ERCOT's Batch Zero process represents the first large-scale review of qualifying large-load projects under the state's evolving interconnection framework. Inclusion in Batch Zero with Base Load classification reflects the project's advancement through ERCOT's initial qualification process and positions the development among a select group of large-load projects currently proceeding through the framework.
