Lisa Snowdon has said she feels 'stronger mentally' after an emotional experience on a wellness retreat which she escaped to after splitting from her fiancé of ten years.The TV star has jetted to Bali to 'reset' at a yoga and pilates retreat following her recent split from George Smart.The TV star, 54, has been keeping fans updated on the women's-only trip, and as she prepared to head home on Thursday, she uploaded the highlights of her break.Wowing in a series of bikini snaps with her friends, Lisa told fans that 'wellness, for me, has never been about perfection. Lisa enjoyed solo trips and days out with her family and girlfriends over the summer, with her followers noticing George's absence in her photos. Recently, the model and presenter shared a gallery of pictures of herself with her friends hanging out at Wimbledon, but George was nowhere to be seen.
