BWT Alpine and SEALSQ Explore Quantum-Classical Simulation for Formula One

BWT Alpine Formula One Team and SEALSQ are expanding their quantum technology collaboration to explore hybrid quantum-classical simulation alongside quantum-secure infrastructure.

The project will evaluate ColibriTD’s H-DES solver for applications including computational fluid dynamics, thermal, structural and multiphysics simulations alongside classical high-performance computing.

Teams from BWT Alpine, SEALSQ and ColibriTD met in July 2026 to establish an initial roadmap and identify priority areas for a planned proof of concept.
