As of the morning of 11 September, Russian drone attacks and artillery shelling have caused new power outages in seven oblasts: Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk.

Details: The geographical extent of the damage has more than doubled over the past 24 hours. On 10 September, Ukrenergo reported power outages in three oblasts: Chernihiv, Donetsk and Kharkiv.

Repair work is already under way wherever the security situation allows. The company says energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible.
