The Kroger Co. (NYSE:KR) will release earnings for its second quarter before the opening bell on Friday, Sept. 11.

Analysts expect the Cincinnati, Ohio-based company to report quarterly earnings of $1.05 per share, up from $1.04 per share in the year-ago period. The consensus estimate for Kroger’s quarterly revenue is $34.56 billion. It reported $33.94 billion last year, according to Benzinga Pro.

On Aug. 11, Kroger named Nate Faust as Executive Vice President and Chief eCommerce Officer.

Shares of Kroger rose 0.9% to close at $56.95 on Thursday.
