The Quezon City Regional Trial Court has deferred the arraignment of Vice President Sara Duterte for her grave threats case, following a motion filed by her lawyer.
Duterte's defense earlier filed a petition with the Supreme Court challenging the jurisdiction of the DOJ and the court to prosecute her as an impeachable officer.
