Nearly 30,000 pilgrims have already arrived in Uman to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, including more than 3,000 women and children.
The United Jewish Community of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“More than 3,000 women and children have arrived in Uman to celebrate Rosh Hashanah this year. ...The total number of pilgrims who have already arrived in the city is about 30,000,” the post states.
As reported by Ukrinform, security has been stepped up in Uman during the Hasidic pilgrimage.
