Four people have been killed and over 60 have been injured in a Russian attack on a shopping centre in central Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Quote from Vyhivskyi: "About an hour ago, the Russians struck a shopping centre in central Pavlohrad. In the middle of the day, when there were many people on the streets. We already have information about two fatalities. My condolences to their families and loved ones. At least 18 people have been injured. Rescue workers and police are working at the scene."

Update: At 18:05, Hanzha reported that the death toll had risen to three, while the number injured had increased to 34. All those injured are under medical supervision.
