On Tuesday, the company disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pioneer Natural Resources Company, is launching cash tender offers to purchase certain outstanding senior notes.
Pioneer Natural Resources is offering to purchase for cash any and all outstanding $1.1 billion of 1.900% Senior Notes due 2030 and $1 billion of 2.150% Senior Notes due 2031.
Holders participating in the tender offers will receive consideration based on the applicable Reference Yield and Fixed Spread, along with accrued interest.
