Saudi aircraft carried out 40 airstrikes on four Yemeni provinces on Thursday, including nine strikes on areas in the western Al-Hudaydah province, the Houthi-run Saba news agency reported.

The agency, citing a security source, said Saudi aircraft carried out 10 strikes on the Al-Hazm and Al-Ghayl districts in Al-Jawf province and three strikes on the Al-Jubah district in Marib province.

It added that 18 strikes targeted the districts of Mawza, Maqbanah, the Mocha Junction and other areas in Taiz province.

In Al-Hudaydah, the agency said Saudi aircraft carried out nine strikes targeting the districts of Al-Salif and Al-Tuhayta and Kamaran Island.
