Russian forces attacked Dnipro twice in the morning, hitting the Oleina plant.
As reported by Ukrinform, Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov wrote this on Telegram.
“Regarding the latest shelling. The whole city can see where those damn Banderols hit. This is right in the city center... The whole city can see that it is Oleina. A facility that has already been shelled repeatedly. Everyone knows that this is AMERICAN-owned property belonging to the Bunge corporation,” he wrote.
Filatov also added that Senator Blumenthal had personally visited the plant quite recently.
