TSMC $TSM disclosed August revenue of NT$514.8 billion ($16.35 billion), reflecting a 53.3% year-over-year gain and a 10.1% sequential increase from July. The result marked the fourth consecutive month of revenue growth for the Taiwanese chipmaker.
AI-related demand has been a central driver of TSMC's results. During its second-quarter earnings call in July, the company said AI-related demand continued to be "extremely robust," according to CNBC.
