Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) will release its third quarter earnings report after the closing bell on Thursday, Sept. 10.
Analysts expect the San Jose, California-based company to report quarterly earnings of $6.09 per share, up from $5.31 per share in the year-ago period. The consensus estimate for Adobe’s quarterly revenue is $6.70 billion. It reported $5.99 billion last year, according to Benzinga Pro.
On Sept. 3, Adobe said that Anil Chakravarthy will become president and CEO, effective Dec. 1. Longtime CEO Shantanu Narayen will transition to executive chair.
Shares of Adobe fell 0.9% to close at $254.86 on Wednesday.
